Pre-milling
Remove the possible waving texture on edge to achieve better edge banding affection.
Gluing
Spread the glue on both banding panel and band, ensure a more solid adhesion force.
End trimming
Through a precise guide track movement, adopt automatic tracking and high-frequency motor fast cutting structure to ensure the cutting surface smoothly.
Fine trimming
The precision trimming device is used to remove excess edge banding materials from the upper and lower parts of the edge banding belt of the processed sheet metal. It adopts structures such as automatic tracking of profiles and high-frequency high-speed motors to ensure the flatness and smoothness of the upper and lower parts of the sheet metal during trimming.
Track trimming
Used for cutting the excess edge materials, adopt automatic tracking and high-frequency motor fast cutting structure to ensure the trimming plates smoothly.
Scraping
Scraping eliminates the imperfections resulting from previous machining operations on the top and bottom of the edge.
Polishing
The polishing device uses a cotton polishing wheel to clean the processed board, and through polishing, the edge banding end face is made smoother.
