Introduction:

1. This machine is used to cut double-end of door frame at 45/90 degrees, and process the hinge slot & lock tongue holes on the door frames.
2. This machine consists of 2 saw blades, 2 drill bits and 4 milling cutters;
3.  The feeding method for cutting door frame is reciprocating, door frame doesn't move, saw blades move.
4.  The notches at both ends of the transverse door frame are cut off with the milling cutters.
5.  It can cut 90 degree and 45 degree door frames, with automatic switching;
6.  Process holes can be drilled for 45-degree door frames.
7. The door frame hinge & lock tongue holes are completed by working separately with large and small milling cutters, large cutter milling the shape and small cutter milling the corners;
8.  The image editing of hinges and lock holes is modular, and updating graphics does not require additional programs, making it simple and convenient, reducing the difficulty of workers' operations.
9. Loading and unloading by hand, with the board side facing up.
10. Processing efficiency: 80-130 sets/day (3 door frames/set).
