Introduction:

1. This machine is used to process the hinge & lock tongue holes on the door frames.
2. It only takes 30 seconds to process a door frame, which is very efficient;
3. Accurate positioning, the deformation of the plate and the "different thickness" are not affected, so as to meet the requirements of use;
4. Seven servo systems control each part, and the hinge position is automatically adjusted by servo motor;
5. Double-station mechanism & processing 3 hinges at the same time: seamless switching of plates, continuous processing, and truly non-stop processing.
6. The switching and movement of the double stations is upgraded from cylinder control to servo motor control.
