This machine is mainly used for processing solid wood. It can perform milling, grooving, drilling, tenon and mortise, surface contour milling and engraving on wooden parts with high degree of automation.

2. The five axis linkage with PTCP function can complete various processing tasks such as milling, engraving, drilling, sawing, etc. on five surfaces at once.

3. The spindle adopts high-temperature resistant ceramic bearings, with a speed of up to 18000r/min, high precision and wear resistance, and can withstand heavy cutting processing.

4. The rotation angle of the C-axis of the machine head is ± 400 °, which can complete an uninterrupted rotation for one cycle, ensuring that the workpiece lines are processed in one go and saving processing time.

5. The positioning accuracy and repeated positioning accuracy of CNC machine tools are high, ensuring the consistency of part dimensions and greatly reducing human errors.

6. The dual internal and external cold air cooling method greatly improves the service life of the spindle.
