Product Description
The process of planer sanding line:
- The board is sent to the upper floating top planer sander by powered roller conveyor. First, the upper surface is planed by the upper spiral planer. The top face of the first conveyor is lightly higher than the lower edge of the upper planer. The height difference is the amount of planing, and the planing amount is determined according to the flatness of the top surface of the board. After that, the top surface is finely sanded by the two-level fine sanding roller to eliminate the phenomenon of gnawing and ripples, and to ensure the surface is flat.
- Then the board will enter the bottom planer sander via the second conveyor automatically, and the lower surface is planed by the lower spiral planer. The top face of the lower spiral planer and the top face of the second conveyor are at the same height, the sanding amount is adjusted according to the required size of the board surface flatness and board thickness. After that, the lower board surface is sanded by the two-level fine sanding roller to eliminate the phenomenon of gnawing and ripples, and to ensure the surface is flat.
- The entire planing & sanding process is controlled by the Siemens visual system terminal, with unattended operation in the middle realizes a one-time work flow, the production line runs smoothly, the speed is stable, and the effect is perfect, saving time and labor, reducing workpiece turnover.

Product Parameters
Upper floating top planer sander
- Adopts upper floating structure, match with the automatic sanding line.
- Adopts the detect progressive pressure plate and pressing roller to press the board to ensure that the board is always tightly attached to the conveyor belt during the sanding process.
- It adopts high strength body with imported spiral planer roller(Planer carbide knives spiral 10 lines along the planer head), calibrating roller and soft rubber roller; enables both rough sanding and pad polishing functions.
- Safety protection is equipped with ultra-thick material detection device and casting anti-reversal device, and equipped with 6 sets of inert roller structures, to prevent the board from rebounding, ensure the safety of the operators.
- The planer roller adopts Ø180mm heavy cutting solid planer roller, equipped with 15x15x2.5mm or 30x12x2.5mm cemented carbide blades, easy to change, good planing quality. The front of the planer roller adopts piano-key type pressure shoe structure matched with pressure roller , the rear of the planer roller is equipped with a reversible pressure plate and double pressure roller structure to ensure the large amount of sanding and sanding the narrow material, and to avoid gnawing head and end of the board.
- The first sanding roller adopts Ø240mm large-diameter eccentric spiral steel calibrating roller to achieve the effect of calibrating thickness sanding.
- The second sanding roller adopts Ø240mm eccentric fine sand rubber calibrating roller, to achieve the polishing effect.
- The planer roller bearing adpots Swedish SKF bearing, and the sanding rollers adopt Japanese NSK bearings, which prolongs the working life and does not require maintenance and improves the reliability of equipment operation.
- Choose SIEMENS, Omron Electric, Bocsh Rexroth frequency converter and German Pepplerl+Fuchs photoelectric, Airtac cylinder and valves are steady and durable in working.
- Conveyor belt adopts WL12-GY-4KW power special sanding machine belt, the surface layer contains rubber, the surface is excellent in wear resistance, and the friction force is large. Feeding through frequency conversion helical gear-spiral bevel gear reducer, which is more smooth and powerful.
