Features:
1. The door leaf is positioned and sawed based on the dragon skeleton. Effectively ensure the uniform support of the sawn door leaf keel, making the door leaf less prone to distortion and deformation. Centered positioning ensures precise parallel dimensions of the frame lines for inlaid decorative strip doors, hollow doors, edge decorative styling doors, etc. (including ecological doors, paint doors).
2. Wire saw shaft: Adopting a floating mechanism design, it can effectively and accurately float and cut regardless of the thickness of the door panel, without the need for manual repeated adjustment. Each door ensures that the sawing is free of saw teeth, no broken edges, and neat and smooth.
3. Main saw shaft: Directly driven by a 5.5kw motor, with high torque and sufficient power, simple and direct, effectively reducing the failure rate.
4. The machine is easy to operate, with each mechanism carefully designed, easy to maintain, precise sawing dimensions, high work efficiency, and can be used as a standalone or connected device.
5. Dust removal adopts centralized collection to effectively and automatically remove sawing residues and dust.
