And surface rough, fine sanding, grinding, polishing, etc.

Working principle:
Use TBM material, polyurethane grinding wheel, non-woven wheel, grinding wheel, nylon wheel, gauze wheel and other abrasive materials to profile, grind and polish the workpiece.

Features:
1. Adopt modular design, multi-head independent adjustable sand head and sand frame, flexible configuration.
2. It is easy to freely combine into a continuous processing production line.
3. The sand frame has the function of up and down oscillation adjustment to ensure that the sanding surface is clean and smooth for heat dissipation.
4. The sand frame and sand head can be adjusted from -45 degrees to 90 degrees, which is suitable for all kinds of complex linear profiling sanding.
5. The pressure material is loaded by the cylinder and the spring wheel, which is fast and convenient to adjust, and the pressure plate is stable and reliable without hurting the workpiece.
6. The conveying platform is composed of multiple independent conveying seats with strong feeding capacity.
