1. This is an automatic cutting line, only need one person to load the boards in front of the roller feeder.
2. First, "multi rip saw KMRS2500" cuts 2500mm length direction to 77pcs 30mm narrow panels;
3. Second, feed the narrow panels to carriage by power belt conveyor;
4. Third, Cylinder pressing device holds down the narrow boards;
5. Forth, Carriage moves to the right,  "platform type multi rip saw KMRS1300C" cuts 1200mm width direction to 22 rows 50mm small pads; (At the same time, we can feed the boards into the multi rip saw KMRS2500)
6. Fifth, Cylinder pressing device rises, stop device comes up;
7. Sixth, Carriage moves to the left, small pads are pushed out by stop device;
8. When the carriage connects with belt conveyor, the belt conveyor starts to transfer the narrow boards to carriage, so circulates the work.
9. Choose Schneider and Omron electrical parts, Airtac pneumatic cylinder.
