Introduction:
Because the equipment adopts the thimble clamping method to fix the workpiece, and the processing method of vertical milling and routing, the equipment can only process the strip workpiece whose center points at both ends of the workpiece are on the same parallel line (the workpiece as shown in the figure below), and can process the workpiece. Processes such as vertical milling, alternate drilling of two router spindles, grooving, forming knife shaping and sanding are carried out.

Main structural features of the equipment
1. The machine bed, slide plate and base are all made of low-stress steel structural parts, and fully aging treatment is carried out to ensure the accuracy and stability of the machine tool. The head box and tail box are cast structures.
