Industry application:
Wooden products are processed by four sided molding of raw materials. Especially able to meet the demand of the panel assembly industry for processing rubber wood raw materials.
Features:

1. The electric pump automatically lubricates the worktable, improving smooth feeding. An automatic lubrication pump is added to the feeding pressure roller shaft.
2. The dual active lower rollers for material feeding and the cylinder design for roller pressure provide smooth feeding of both wet and dry materials. The worktable surface, treated with special materials and processing techniques, greatly enhances its wear resistance.            
3. The side pressing wheels are all pneumatically pressed and can be adjusted for pressure individually. The pressure setting is convenient, and the feeding performance is excellent.
4. The front two lower spindles with cutters are installed to sequentially complete rough and fine planing, effectively ensuring the flatness of the reference surface. This maximizes the utilization of material value and ensure smooth feeding for subsequent processing.
