1. It is widely used for automatic loading and unloading of the board, the adsorption of plate is realized by vacuum sucker and vacuum pump. Both up & down movement and left and right movement use variable frequency motor, which is accurate and stable transmission through gear rack and linear guide rail.
2. The beam height is 4700mm, equipment width is 1600mm, suction cup frame is 1200x2400mm, the height of the machine is 3800mm when the vertical column is moved to the lowest position, the height is 5500mm when the column is moved to the highest position.
3. There are 2 rows suction cups, 15pcs per row, standard is configured for two stations, with a roll table and a ground roll.
4. This machine is especially suitable for the wood based panel furniture, doors, floors and etc.
5. This machine adopts centering positioning, which is more suitable for the processing of hollow doors.
