Product Description
The process of wide belt sanding line:
1. The board is sent to the bottom sander by powered roller conveyor.
First, the bottom surface is sanded by the bottom sander.
The top face of the first conveyor is slightly lower than the top face of the bottom sanding roller, the height difference is the sanding amount.
The sanding amount is determined according to the flatness of the lower surface of the board.
2. And then the lower surface is finely sanded by the two-level fine sanding roller to ensure the smoothness of the board.
Then the board will enter the top sander via the second conveyor, and the top spiral sanding roller will sand the top surface of the board.
The top face of the sander's conveyor belt and the top face of the second conveyor are at the same height, the sanding amount is adjusted according to the required size of the board surface flatness and board thickness.
And then the top surface is finely sanded by the top sander to ensure the board surface is flat.
3. During the whole sanding process, unattended operation in the middle realizes a one-time work flow, the production line runs smoothly, the speed is stable, and the effect is perfect, saving time and labor, reducing workpiece turnover.

Bottom sander
Introduction:
- Adopts the detect progressive pressure plate and pressing roller to press the board to ensure that the board is always tightly attached to the conveyor belt during the sanding process.
- The first sanding unit adopts Ø240mm large diameter eccentric spiral steel calibrating roller to achieve the calibrating sanding effect.
- The second sanding unit adopts Ø210mm eccentric spiral rubber calibrating roller with a pressing pad to achieve the polishing effect.
- The beam seats and hanging plates adopt precision casting, which can effectively absorb shocks and ensure non-deformation.
- Using multiple pressing rollers structure and it makes the feeding work more smoothly, avoid skidding.
- Conveyor belt adopts WL12-GY special sander belt, the surface layer contains rubber, the surface is excellent in wear resistance, and the friction force is large. Feeding through frequency conversion helical gear-spiral bevel gear reducer, which is more smooth and powerful.
- Safety protection is equipped with ultra-thick material detection device and casting anti-reversal device, and equipped with inert roller structures, to prevent the board from rebounding, ensure the safely of the operators.
- Choose SIEMENS, Omron Electric, Bocsh Rexroth frequency converter and German Pepplerl+Fuchs photoelectric, Airtac cylinder and valves, NSK bearings are steady and durable in working.
- The conveyor bed is made of 18mm thick steel plate processing and welding, and the smoldering process is adopted to eliminate internal stress and ensure the accuracy and sanding accuracy of the conveyor bed.
- The surface of the machine is treated with plastic spray, which is environmentally friendly and does not change color.
