Introduction:

Advantages:

1. High timber percentage of outturn: average timber percentage of outturn is more improving 5-10% than cold board jointing machine.
2. High efficiency: Finish one plate in 1-3 minutes, it is more efficiency than general board jointing machine in winter.
3. Saving glue: This machine can use single component glue, urea-formaldehyde resin glue, Phenol aldehyde resin glue, those kinds of glue are good for working of glue spreading machine, but cold board jointing machine only can use Bi-component glue to assemble board, and more waste.
4. Saving energy: Low deformation, only heat glue line, wooden timber is unheated, to finish 1 CBM board only cost 5-30KW.h.
