Features:
1. The equipment bed is welded from high-strength steel pipes, and the welded seams are subjected to stress relief annealing treatment, followed by overall aging treatment. A sturdy bed has higher stability and durability. It can effectively avoid polishing defects caused by bed vibration.

2. The sanding lifting frame combines each independent sanding unit together, which can achieve the overall polishing height adjustment of each sanding unit. Compared to similar products, it has a faster changeover speed and can polish products of different thicknesses in the shortest possible time, effectively improving workshop efficiency and reducing labor intensity for workers.

3. Each sanding unit can be independently adjusted for lifting and lowering, and can be slightly adjusted according to the product process to ensure that the abrasive is maximally combined with the workpiece, which can significantly improve the polishing effect. Enhanced independent lifting mechanism makes the polishing process smoother.
 

4. Each sanding unit is equipped with a humanized pull-out system, making it more convenient to replace consumables.
