Function:
1.This is a combination machine with one abrasive belt and one polishing roller. It is mainly used to remove burrs, chamfer workpiece edges, and holes.
2.The abrasive belt is used to remove large burrs first, and then pass through the second roller brushes. The roller brushes rotate at high speed to beat the surface of the workpiece, so that the contour edges around the surface of the workpiece and in the hole are smooth and rounded, producing a rounded effect. It can also achieve surface drawing, descaling, polishing and other processing of metal plates.
3.The burrs generated during stamping, shearing, laser cutting, plasma cutting, etc. can be removed in all directions at one time, so that all edges and holes of the workpiece can achieve a small R arc effect. The processing process is safe and reliable, so that the workpiece can achieve a perfect effect.
