Usage and Performance:

1. This production line adopt the special precision hot melt glue system. This machine is specialize in sticking on panel and multi-layer board, it is suitable for produce high-glossy panel, cabinet, furniture door, honeycomb board and foam board sticking etc.
2. Laminating material: High glossy acrylic, fir-proof board, PVC board and metal board, PE, PVC film, Veneer, MDf board and etc.
3. Based panel: MDF board, Chipboard, foam material and honeycomb door core board and etc.
4. Glue: PUR hot melt glue.
5. User: Furniture, cabinet, flat door manufacturer, new building material factory, high-grade decoration board factory.

Introduction:
1. This machine is composed of dust removal, conveying roller, gluing unit, heating drying tunnel, and pressing unit.
The big plate passes through the front conveying roller, and the electrostatic precipitator removes dust from the big plate and then enters the gluing unit.
The glue machine will apply PUR glue. Into the gluing unit, the gluing roller smoothes the glue on the big plate and then enters the middle conveying roller and drying channel, and then enters the pressing unit, the pressing roller attaches the fabric to the big plate and outputs the finished product.

2. The processed products are environmentally friendly and have high adhesion. The high-gloss large board has no orange peel, the surface is smooth and flat, no particles, no bubbles, and high flatness.
3. The main parts are treated with Teflon, independent control cabinet and Siemens operating system.
