1. This machine is suitable for profile sanding wooden molds, primers, putty coating, skinning, aluminum panels of various material and shapes, such as door frame lines, architrave, L buckle lines, special-shaped lines, etc.
2. Working Principle: Use consumables composed of TBM materials, polyurethane grinding wheels, non-woven wheels, grinding wheels, abrasive belts, nylon wheels, octagonal sand, emery cloth strip wheels and other abrasive material to grind the surface of the workpiece in a flat or profile polishing.
3. Adopt modular design, multi-head independent control, adjustable sand head, sand rack, flexible configuration, easy to freely combine into a continuous processing production line. The sand head and sand rack can be rotated up and down by 90 degree, which is suitable for sanding of various complex linear profiling lines. The pneumatic pressing device is adopts to reduce the adjustment time. The independent conveying mechanism can greatly stabilize the conveying and the feeding capacity is strong.
4. The press device adopts the load of cylinder and spring wheel, point-to-point pressing, stability. The sand head and sand frame adopt dovetail slide block structure to ensure the accuracy of the machine.
5. Taiwan Dongli dual-frequency motor, Taiwan Shihlin electronic control system, equipped with PLC automatic compensation system, can reduce the manual wear compensation of consumable grinding wheels, simple operation and convenient maintenance, and the feeding speed of 40 m/min, greatly improving the efficiency.
