Introductions:
By using a forklift to place the material on both sides of the centering roller table, the mechanical arm automatically loads the material, heats and transports it, and the distance machine feeds the material into the CNC coating machine. The CNC coating amplitude modulation is equipped with a laser cutting machine, and after coating, it follows the automatic cutting machine to cut the film. After turning the corner, it passes through a 90 degree turning machine according to the production situation and enters the secondary coating to complete the length direction coating. Finally, it is palletized by the mechanical arm and discharged by the forklift. The entire line is equipped with three station robotic arms, which can achieve non-stop loading and unloading.
