Features:

1. This machine is a CNC equipment, as long as the size of the produced plate has a memory function, the next time the same product is produced, the original data can be directly called out and used directly; each time a size is changed, it only takes about 5 minutes, which greatly reduces machine adjustments. time; double-roll unwinding; equipped with PVC film and other surface material tension automatic compensation system to keep the tension of the fabric constant during the production process; standard Siemens servo system, Siemens PLC, inverter, touch screen.
2. This machine uses PUR hot-melt adhesive, scrape coating method, can fit the front of the board and the coating of the two sides, the production speed is fast, the fastest is 30 meters per minute; solvent resistance, good weather resistance, the material is -40~140 °. The glue will not open under the temperature; the amount of glue coating is controlled by PLC, which is accurate and saves glue. It is equipped with a 55-gallon glue machine, and can also be equipped with automatic film splicing, brush dust removal, affinity agent device, PVC film corona machine, and protective film device.
