Features:

1. This wrapping machine uses PUR reactive hot melt adhesive and a scraping method to wrap the front and two sides of the board. It has a fast production speed of up to 25 meters per minute; Solvent resistant, good weather resistance, and the material does not peel at temperatures between -40 and 140 ° C; The amount of glue applied is controlled by PLC, which is precise and saves glue.
2. This machine can adjust the width of the wrapping area through the handwheel and has a counter display, thereby saving time for adjusting the size of different widths of boards when changing; Four 200mm diameter rubber rollers are configured for large-area bonding, and the upper roller lifting is controlled by PLC to achieve the effect of digital thickness determination of the board; Configure an automatic tension compensation system for PVC film and other surface materials to maintain constant tension during the production process.
