1. This machine adopts a floating structure, and the height of the conveying table is fixed, which can be used with the customer's original roller coating line, spraying line and special-shaped sander.

2. It is suitable for sanding of veneer process of wood-based panels, polishing of solid wood white stubble, sanding of resin paint, polyester paint, water-based paint, and primer sanding of PV/PU/PE.
3. It is equipped with an advanced central information processing system, which can automatically detect and identify the width and length of the board surface, and make the grinding head achieve directional sanding through data operation analysis and compensation.
4. The conveying speed is automatically matched with the running data of the grinding head, and there is no need for personnel adjustment.
5. It is equipped with an ultra-thick material protection device, and the grinding head has an automatic floating function, so as to effectively protect the impact caused by the excessive thickness of the workpiece.

Sand belt distribution:
1, It is equipped with two transverse sand belts with opposite rotation directions, the sand belt circumference is long, fast heat dissipation, and equipped with dust blowing device, can improve the service life of the sand belt, and do not need to replace the sand belt frequently.
2, The two groups of sand belt can be independently selected to use the lining, the use can be selected according to their own product needs.
3, It is equipped with a set of longitudinal independent control sanding pad, through the numerical control device control sanding node, to achieve automatic adjustment.

4. The rear of the machine is equipped with a large-diameter 3M polishing wheel, which can grind the surface of the workpiece to remove residual sand marks. (It can also be equipped with steel wire roller or sanding roller).

5, The sand belt and liner are equipped with independent tightening control valve and pressure gauge, and equipped with broken belt protection switch to ensure safe operation detection during use.
