1. The beam seats and hanging plates adopt precision casting with good stability and low noise.
2. Using multiple pressing rollers structure and it makes the feeding work more smoothly, avoid skidding.
3. The front pressure roller adopts a backstop device to prevent the board from rebounding, ensure the safety of the operators.
4. The combination of internal bearing, belt pulley and roller ensures coaxiality to reduce vibration and improves sanding precision.
5. Lifting of sanding roller uses eccentric shaft control, it has higher accuracy and convenient to adjust. The first unit adopts Ø270mm large diameter eccentric spiral steel calibrating roller, the second unit adopts Ø270mm large diameter eccentric fine spiral rubber calibrating roller, the third unit adopts Ø210mm fine calibrating roller and combinated polishing pad.
6. Sanding belt swing uses air pressure control, not affected by dust and power interruption, avoid the sanding belt slipping.
7. With Germany Pepperl+Fuchs photoelectric control belt swing.
8. With frequency conversion helical gear reducer, which runs smoothly, has low noise and durable.
