Features:
1. Equipped with industrial computers to achieve full automation. The program can be directly converted from CAD documents, and the operation is simple. Visual fast forward simulation sawing function to prevent errors.
2. The feeding is driven by a servo motor. Combined with imported Xingxing reducer and imported grinding rack transmission, the feeding is fast and precise in positioning.
3. Use pneumatic cylinders to press materials. The material pressing mechanism is driven by a pneumatic cylinder and synchronized with the gear rack to ensure stable material pressing. The cylinder drives the side baffle to improve the positioning accuracy of the sheet metal.
4. Adopting the German PA system and Schneider Electric, the quality is stable and can automatically troubleshoot.
5. Automatic feeding and feeding, fully automated operation. Infrared dual axis positioning, accurate and intuitive. Saw blade rotation angle ± 90 °.
