Product Description

1. It is mainly used for 0.2-0.7mm thickness finger joint veneer after laminating fleece(non-woven fabric), it needs to be calibrated or polished to meet the requirements of edge banding, profile wrapping and laminating.
2. Adopted vacuum suction worktable to ensure uniform adsorption force during the feeding and sanding process, especially suitable for smaller, thinner workpieces.
3. First sanding unit is with 65Sh rubber-covered roller, second sanding unit is with  35Sh rubber-covered roller;
4. 4.  Short of pressure, sanding belt breakage or drifting of sanding belt, the machine will stop itself, worktable will fall down automatically, ensure safe.
