Introductions:

1. This machine uses abrasive cloth strips and sisal as abrasives to chamfer the sharp edges of the workpiece, surface burrs and polish the working edges after painting. Mainly used for door panel and primer polishing, including solid wood door, composite door, sticker door, cabinet door, wardrobe door and other door panel polishing, such as PU, paint panel, primer panel, polishing of white stubble workpiece.
2. HERMES double-sided abrasive cloth strips imported from Germany, one side is rough sand, the other side is fine sand; the sand roller can rotate forward and reverse, so as to realize double-sided grinding of rough sand and fine sand.
3. Machine Configuration: 2 units of longitudinal rollers ( 9 longitudinal rollers), 2 units of disc brushes (9 discs with quick-change connectors), 2 units of transverse rollers.
4. Longitudinal rollers and disc brushes can be adjusted up and down separately;
5. Taking the transverse rollers as the benchmark, no need to adjust up and down.
6. Conveying method is frequency speed control.
7. Equipped with Schneider electrics and Delta Inverters.
8. There are various arrangements of brush rollers, which can be customized according to different grinding needs.
