6. Strong and stable front pressing device.
The natural bending and deformation of wood will affect the flatness of cutting and cause uneven thickness of the output. The machine adopts two sets of pneumatic pressing devices at the front and rear.The first row of the front pressing group uses a lever-type design, which can easily push the plate in, and at the same time correct and flatten the slightly deformed part of the plate. The second row of pressing material uses a vertical lifting design, when the plate passes, the light sensor system instantly controls the pressing wheel to automatically lift. The vertical pressing design can apply a full range of strong pressure to the board with large bending deformation before being sawed, so that the board can be cut while keeping it in a straight state.
7. Rear press device, pressurization correction
The rear pressing device also uses light induction to control the vertical lifting design. The third row of pressing materials flatten and correct the distortion and deformation of the cut part of the plate. Finally, the fourth row of pressing material assists in extending and flattening the plate, and completes the discharge and conveying of the plate after sawing.
The design of the whole set of material pressing system greatly improves the stability of the sawing process compared with the material pressing device of the traditional horizontal saw, and the output quality effect is better and more ideal.
8. Internal structure, strong and stable
On the basis of the traditional horizontal saw, the crawler conveyor strengthens and improves the manufacturing process, consolidates the structural strength, improves the deformation resistance and the flatness of the table. It plays a very important role in improving the cutting effect.
The column guide rail penetrates the beam and is inlaid on the stable base. The cross beam adopts the central butt combination method to make extremely demanding craftsmanship, and requires powerful high-precision machine tools to complete it. The purpose is to prevent the steel from being twisted and deformed due to the stress generated by the long-term use, thereby improving the accuracy of the machine operation and the service life of the saw blade.
9. Unique manufacturing saw wheel
The manufacturing effect of the main core saw wheel has made a qualitative leap. Through years of empirical demonstration and scientific calculations, the linear speed that the saw blade needs to cut
wood and the maximum centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the saw wheel are adopted. The diameter of the saw wheel is 800mm. In addition, it is cast with high-carbon special ingredients used in the material of the saw wheel, and manufactured by multiple complex processes using high-precision processing equipment. It ensures that the saw wheel has high abrasion resistance and long service life, so that the sawing of wood can achieve the best results.
10. Sawdust removal system
The automatic sawdust removal device and automatic atomization device are arranged in multiple parts, and the characteristics of water and oil are sprayed and atomized on the surface of the saw wheel and the saw blade. It can prevent the wood dust generated during sawing from accumulating on the saw wheel and saw blade, improve the sawing effect, and effectively increase the life of the saw blade.
11.Digital Monitoring system to ensure safety.
When the saw blade running track is shifted, the monitoring system will immediately respond and transmit an E-stop signal to the PLC controller to stop the whole machine, and an alarm message will appear on the display to avoid irreparable damage to the saw blade and the workpiece.
When the board encounters automatic shutdown during sawing and the saw blade is stuck in the board. Manual operation can be carried out on the operation control interface to start the conveyor belt retraction program, and the plate can be withdrawn from the saw blade to resume work.
12.Saw blade supercharger to protect the operation
The carbon fiber sheet inside the supercharger pressurizes the saw blade one side downwards, which eliminates the slight bounce and vibration caused by the saw blade in the running state, and makes the saw blade run more stably and smoothly.
13. Unique design of saw wheel tilting adjustment mechanism
Observe the running state of the saw wheel through a transparent window, and the real-time position of the saw blade wrapped on the saw wheel is clear at a glance. If the position of the saw blade is offset, adjust the tilt adjustment mechanism to correct the inclination of the saw wheel, and the saw blade can follow to correct the offset position.
14. High end configuration of digital electrical components
Select high-end brand electrics. For example, PLC programmable controllers, touch screens, frequency converters, AC contactors, air switches, etc., all adopt brands such as Siemens and Hailip, and other components adopt top domestic brands. 15. Cleaning liquid storage tank with liquid level sensing function
Cleaning fluid (water and oil) is mainly used to remove saw blades and saw wheels.
The storage tank is equipped with a liquid level sensor. When the cleaning liquid is consumed, the touch screen on the operation control panel will display prompt information. Avoid users forgetting to add and affecting the saw blade cutting effect.
16. Oil supply lubrication system
Each movement mechanism of the whole machine adopts a centralized automatic oil supply system to ensure the smooth operation of all parts and prevent unnecessary damage caused by abnormal wear of the parts. Adding high-performance anti-wear lubricating oil has a better protection effect on the machine. Can help prolong the service life of the machine.
17. Saw blade tension system
The automatic tension system constructed with hydraulic and pneumatic components, and the stability of the saw blade tension remains constant, plays a very important role in the operation of the machine. When there is a deviation in the pressure value, the pressure will be automatically compensated and unloaded, so that the saw blade tension is always maintained at the set value.
